"Change Password" option is missing from "Ctrl+Alt+Del" screen

Run GPEdit.msc, looking for Local Computer Policy\User Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Ctrl+Alt+Del Options.
Change the status of "Remove Change Password" from "Enabled" to "Disabled", restart the Windows, that's all!
